She is the sweetest. She takes personal interest in finding you your perfect home. And when I say personal, I mean she looks for your dream house like she would for herself. Sometimes she would go for viewing even if we couldn’t and take us on a virtual tour through lots of pictures. Just by talking to us she knew exactly what we were looking for and found us our perfect first rent house. She is nice, polite , funny, courteous, patient and most importantly mindful of your requirements when house hunting. The best thing about her is even when we were ready to give up and just rent any place that came our way, she wouldn’t let us compromise. She is the best negotiator. She is always on your side. I transferred to the Austin area at the end of 2019 and located a lot for sale in a gated community. I called the number and my call was immediately answered by Angela. I did not have a Realtor representing me and Angela explained that she represented the seller but could put me in contact with a local realtor. Having bought properties before, I decided during the transaction to represent myself. Angela made the process efficient and simple. Angela has helped me move twice now into places that have worked out perfectly for me and have been within my price range. She always has made time to meet with me even when ive only had time to see places after work in the evenings. I will be moving again in the next couple of months and will be using her resources once again to find a homey spot for me and my dog. I def recommend Angela. She helped me buy my first house here in ATX. She is very savvy with real estate. She had great ideas for what I could do with the house. She was indispensable in navigating the entire process. She helped me get the best price on the house, despite this being a crazy hot market. But also told me where I could save money on other things related to buying the house. Things got tense with a tight time line, difficult sellers, etc but she stayed calm and got the job done time after time for me. She was also available 24/7. Which was nice as I was packing up in another city and not always able to get things done during normal business hours. She is very personable and fun to work with. And even after I closed, she’s been around to help me get use to the area and being a new first time home owner. Whether you’ve owned 10 homes, are an investor (she is too!) or buying your first house, I think she’s the obvious option to go with. 11/10 would recommend.
